Newsham Scream Park and its scare attractions - The Hellfire Club, Waxworks, SpecimenZ, Cut Throat Lane, and all other features - are operated solely by Events NW Ltd.
These attractions are designed to startle and frighten. Do not enter if you do not wish to be startled or frightened.
Trigger Warning
Scare attractions are intense by nature and involve sensory overload that may not be suitable for all guests. You are strongly advised not to enter if you are likely to be offended or are affected by:
- Anxiety
- PTSD
- Phobic reactions
- Themes of horror
Age Restrictions
- Designed for guests aged 14 and above.
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult aged over 18 - ratio of 1 adult per 6 under-18s.
- Proof of age will be required for adults supervising minors.

The Scare Attractions Are Not Suitable For
- Those with photosensitive epilepsy
- Pregnant guests
- Those with claustrophobia
- Those with heart disorders
- Those with asthma
- Those with a nervous disposition
- Those with any condition aggravated by intense experiences
- Those reliant on emergency or time-sensitive medication
Strictly Prohibited Items
The following are not allowed inside the attractions:
- Food or drink
- Illegal substances
- Weapons including imitation
- Face-covering items including masks and hoods
- Cameras or audio recording devices
- Bags
- Naked flames, lighters, fireworks
- Puffer/quilted clothing
Inside The Attraction - Behaviour Rules
You must not:
- Touch performers, props, or sets
- Chew gum
- Run
- Eat or drink
- Smoke or vape
- Record audio, video or photographs
- Use mobile phones - they must be switched off
- Activate any light source including laser pointer, torch, glowstick or phone light
Admission Refusal & Removal
You will not be allowed entry, and no refund will be given if:
- We deem that you are under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
- Your behaviour is threatening, abusive or disruptive, or we believe you pose a risk to staff or guests.
Additional Conditions of Entry
- Performers will not touch you - you must not touch them.
- Stay with your group at all times.
- You must walk forwards only, in a conga line formation, with hands on the shoulders or waist of the person in front unless you are the lead.
- Do not stop or step backward unless instructed to do so.
- There are no midway exits - once inside, you must proceed to the end.
- Lost items cannot be retrieved until the following day. Bring personal belongings at your own risk.
- Wear sensible footwear and clothing. We are not liable for scuffed, damaged or soiled items.
- We may cancel or suspend any part of the attraction at any time - including due to weather, safety, or operational reasons - without refund.
- We conduct filming and photography inside for marketing, monitoring and security purposes. By entering, you consent to being recorded and grant us the right to use your image, likeness and voice in perpetuity, in any format, without compensation or credit. All rights belong to Events NW Ltd.
- Promotional imagery may not reflect final attraction details - sets and characters are subject to change.
- By purchasing a ticket to Newsham Scream Park, you agree to these terms and conditions and accept all risks associated with entry.
- Failure to comply with our terms and conditions or staff instructions may result in removal without refund.
- We are not liable for any incident that occurs due to failure to follow these terms, warnings, or staff directions.
